Joined as Geologist in 2007, promoted to Sr. Geologist in 2010 and to Deputy Manager in 2011 I joined this organization in year 2007 and since then, I have across various capacities for managing various exploration programs of company’s green field projects for base metals and Gold. Over a period of time, I have managed and executed several Geological, Geochemical & Geophysical surveying, Trenching and Drilling programs which included logging, sampling, assaying and QAQC. Managing assaying process with international labs like SGS Bulgaria, GA Australia, ALS Ireland. I have taken lead role in the interpretation of results & delineation of ore body and to estimate the reserve. I was coordinating with international consultants like SRK & Behre Dolbear, UK for project technical assistance. I also managed techno-commercial activities like preparing budget, cash flow and cash control as well as tendering process for exploration related activities with local & international vendors for bid process for which worked closely with the accounts & finance team.
