As a manager, Edwina was always clear with expectations and priorities within the team. We were kept up to date with new and existing clients across the team for visibility. Edwina was readily available to help with any queries, especially for the junior members on the team. Constantly looking for opportunities to improve and expand knowledge, Edwina created a culture within the team that encouraged the sharing of research and findings to improve team performance on client accounts. As a results driven person, Edwina’s focus on thorough reporting for every client meant we were taught to identify patterns to predict trends and spot areas of potential growth to act on to improve the results of all client accounts.

Author and Self-Publisher of T.R.A.C.K. Amor Et Melle Et Felle Fecundissimus Es
-
2012 - 2013
Because I really like the adventure of self-publishing and the independence I had, I continued with this form of publishing for the second volume: T.R.A.C.K. Amor Et Melle Et Felle Fecundissimus Es (386 pages). Once again, I :- designed the cover- coordinated the corrections- decided on the pricing strategy (for each version - print and PDF)- handled the administrative part with the BNF (Bibliothèque Nationale de France)- did the communication around the book (Facebook, word-of-mouth, blogs...)- managed the distribution strategy (online sale via TheBookEdition and face-to-face sales whenever possible...). The book is available in print and PDF versions on TheBookEdition.com. A summary is provided in French in the Publication section.

Author and Self-Publisher of T.R.A.C.K. Mea Culpa
-
2011 - 2013
Because I really wanted to share my story, and since actual publishing companies wouldn't accept to publish it, I decided to go for self-publishing under the pseudonym Aemilia Caerulea Faeles. Apart from the writing of the novel (278 pages of fantasy), I :- designed the cover- coordinated the corrections- decided on the pricing strategy (for each version - print and PDF)- handled the administrative part with the BNF (Bibliothèque Nationale de France)- coordinated the communication strategy (Press release in a student magazine (http://www.studyramagrandesecoles.com/home_prepas.php?Id=7294), Facebook, word-of-mouth...)- created a blog for the saga: http://t_r_a_c_k.eklablog.com/ to differentiate it from other projects (http://aemilia-caerulea-faeles.blogspot.fr/) - managed the distribution strategy (online sale via TheBookEdition and face-to-face sales whenever possible...)The book is available in print and PDF versions on TheBookEdition.com. A summary is provided in French in the Publication section.

As a team of 17 French students, we had to work on several aspects of the Festival du Rire (Laugh Festival). Taking into account a small budget, the time limit, and the requirements of our client, we chose and contacted the artists in order to make several propositions. In terms of promotion we created and proposed different posters. I was more specifically affected to the following tasks: - Researching, screening and contacting artists - Creating posters As a team of 17 French students, we had to work on several aspects of the Festival du Rire (Laugh Festival). Junior Consultant
-
Jun 2011 - Jun 2011
As a team of four (two French and two American students), we established the marketing strategy of a new concept for a launch in France. We defined the market potential, according to a market study we conducted; we defined the target market and the positioning, recommended a sales strategy, a pricing structure, and distribution networks; and we established a communication plan. Germain Traiteur gave us positive feedback on our work and did use some of our recommendations for his business. I was in charge of the communication between the client and the consultancy team. In the project, I did the main comparative desk research on how to enhance and protect the client's concept (patent, copyright, franchising, trademarks, licensing: requirements, legal status...) in order to present the more valuable, beneficial and feasible alternatives. I also took actively part in the competitive analysis and in the delivery of a creative solution (through a PowerPoint Presentation).
