Todd was able to take on any technical or management problem and outline viable paths analyzing risks and benefits. Todd is very detail oriented, however he was able to see the big picture which made him a very strong leader. I was always amazed at how Todd was able to lead the team in India as well as the team in the US. I'm sure it was difficult but he always approached each meeting very prepared and ready for success.

During the time that Todd has been part of the group that I manage, he has been consistently willing to take on new responsibilities, and expand his skill set. For example, he has developed significant skill in helping customers derive useful requirements for automating their business processes. Todd's work to understand and document the user's requirements contributed greatly to the success of new workflow development at AOL this year. Todd also played a key role in developing and analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of the AOL hardware provisioning processes, collaborating effectively with his teammates and the customers throughout this initiative. Todd is steady and reliable, and wholeheartedly embraces his organization's goals and direction.
