I think in the current state of the business environment, it's always nice to have a refreshing and more creative perspective on how things can be improved or even how things can be created. I have only truly known Makenzie for a year now, working alongside her as a graduate assistant here at Southern Miss, but the insights that she provided me in all areas of our position as well as just being a mentor for life is beyond invaluable. Makenzie has some of the best ideas on how to make things fun, how to keep things genuine, and how to improve the field of marketing and social media. Plus, she genuinely cares about people and works adamantly to create an inclusive environment for anyone she encounters and I believe that she will be a fantastic contribution anywhere she goes!
