Namitasha Wallace Goring (PhD)

Today I attended a webinar entitled 'Lawyers' Survival - Pre and Post Covid. Mikhail's recommendations for the way forward for the Caribbean Region were outstanding because he gave a lot of technological suggestions for how to successfully conduct court hearings electronically and protect clients' data. I came away feeling enriched from his contribution to the session.

James MacDonald

Mikhail is courteous, professional and enjoys applying his legal training to his work. He is an individual who will build on success.

1 King’s Bench Walk enjoys a stellar reputation as a leading set in Family Law. They are probably the only leading set with a national reputation in every aspect of family law. Their barristers are ‘leaders in their fields‘ (Chambers & Partners) in both matrimonial finance and all types of children law, including international child abduction. I shadowed three barristers over a period of 1 week on contested proceedings and was privy to the drawing of documentation, legal research (re the effect of recent UK Supreme Court authority) as well as advocacy before Mags (Child Arrangements Hearing and Order) , Central Family Court (First Appointment Hearing - Financial Directions Order) and High Court (Hague Convention Summary Proceedings with the added bonus of an impromptu reception of viva voce evidence via phone from an EU country) Show less
