Having worked very closely with Simon for almost two years, I can honestly say he is the best Solution Architect I have had the pleasure of working with. Simon has worked on various projects and is able to quickly understand the business context, drivers and the true requirements, and translate them in to a clear set of deliverables that the project teams are able t understand. He is very capable of operating at all levels, working with senior stakeholders on strategy, whilst also working in the detail and assisting the delivery team in detailed technical designs. He has a huge amount of experience with multiple technologies, which allows him to frequently work above and beyond the role of Solution Architect, and more taking on a role angled towards Head of or Enterprise Architect activities.
