I know Onkar since my engineering days. Was always known for his programming skills. A guy with a logical bent of mind. He can provide clean and simple solutions to perplexing problems. Definitely has the ability to satisfy expectations that the most demanding client would have from a highly skilled software development engineer. Undoubtedly a great asset for his clients/employers!

Onkar has been an excellent team member. His coding , debugging and documentation skills were excellent - clear and concise. He was also very proactive - identifying 'common' problems, and offering solutions for his team and management. He frequently handled the harder and more obscure issues - digging into the code until he found the problem and then resolving it. Onkar will be solely missed on our team.

I was part of a small team of developers that did weekly releases for the highest priority issues. These releases got rolled out to hundreds of pharmacy stores weekly. The sensitive nature of the pharmacy business made this position a challenging one where speed of diagnosis of problems and accuracy of the fixes being delivered were of paramount importance.

Worked for Sybase 365 Mobile Services on building a mobile advertising platform. Did lots of performance testing, tuning, optimisation. Also made significant improvements in the front-end code by using jQuery to replace large amounts of messy, buggy javascript with clean code that worked correctly across browsers.
