I have had the pleasure of working with Adam over the last year and a half at New World Interactive on the design team. We have collaborated with cross-functional teams on a few different projects, where Adam excels at translating ideas into practical designs. He fosters a user-centric approach, which has dramatically improved the quality of our project. With an impeccable eye for detail and a deep understanding of user experience principles, Adam is guaranteed to deliver stunning and intuitive designs. He goes above and beyond by teaching our design team essential UI/UX principles, helping us elevate the quality of our own work. His generosity in sharing insights and best practices is a testament to his leadership within the team. Adam is the most talented UI/UX designer I have had the pleasure of working with. His attention to detail is unmatched, always thinking of what the player experience that many would overlook. He has taught me so much during my career at New World Interactive, not just about UX/UI things, but how to present my ideas better, communicate with the team and spending enery on what is actually important.
