Radhika is one of the most creative instructional designers that I have had the pleasure of working with. She is very dedicated to whatever she decides to do. She is a problem-solver and really seems to enjoy finding the best way to handle the challenges that come her way. It is very important for her to follow through with the work that she has agreed to complete, even if it means having to go that extra mile. She makes sound judgment and is mindful of the decisions she makes. Also, her honesty and sincerity reflect through her work and her personality. Radhika has my highest recommendation. She has a lot to bring into the Instructional Design and E-Learning profession. With her great problem-solving skills and the willingness to take on new challenges, I am sure she will be a great asset to the learning and development team in any organization.
