While I was managing the Performance Enabling Lab at Intel Corporation, we decided we needed a method of automating performance results and creating customizable reporting methods for our management and Intel Executives. Dan was assigned to me to work on this project. Not only did he provide a complete, well-thought out product that met my customers' needs, he anticipated additional requirements we hadn't even thought of, developing and implementing a SharePoint based website that tied into our automation scripts, allowing a seemless transition from test to published test result. His thoughfulness and dedication to this project was a real boon and I would happily work with Dan in the future.

Helped new employees ramp quickly on the technologies and worked to make a team environment where we help solve problems together. Co-lead a scrappy team to implement and use our own technology in the company. With my software background, I'm able to both uniquely buffer our Engineering teams from having to engage on customer software challenges and write diagnostic tools and other software to improve our troubleshooting capabilities.

It has been an amazing two years here at Impinj. I've had to ramp up on and use multiple languages and technologies like AngularJS, bamboo, C++, C#, CSS, git, HTML, Inno Setup, Gherkin, Javascript, Java, Jenkins, Jira, and vagrant to name a few. I added features, provided pdf documents, and fixed numerous issues related to the Impinj ItemTest, low level reader protocol (llrp) LTK, and Octane SDK software that help our clients configure and monitor their products. I have now transitioned to another project that has me ramping on Docker, Java 8, DropWizard, and RabbitMQ
