Joshua is smart, driven and has a hands on approach. As head of Channel Effectiveness he was instrumental in helping the company take the digital turn on a day-to-day basis. Acting as a conduit between Marketing and Sales he maintained a good balance and made it a point to defend the companies interests, not the interests of a specific group. He also greatly contributed to developing content for a new multi-media training program and, above and beyond the call of duty, eagerly stepped in to deliver inaugural sessions in order the set the tone.
