  Responsibilities:• Bag Drop: Assist players with their clubs as they arrive and welcome them ensuring to cover all Mystery shopper’s points such as communicating to them where all the facilities are, to direct them into the pro shop to check in for the round and pay and to Valet park cars.• Starter: To start players on time and at the correct timing intervals to assist with the flow of the golf course in the first few holes and let them know about any course information (Mystery Shopper Points) and providing them with all necessary equipment – e.g. Course Guides, Pitch forks etc.• Player Assistant: Assist players on the course and manage pace of play by utilising the Visage system and a hole by hole monitoring system.• Range Attendant: To greet players, guide them to a practice bay providing them with water and tees, cleaning their clubs and making sure they arrive at the correct tee 10 minutes before their allocated tee time.• Looker Room Attendant: Ensure the locker rooms are tidy at all times and provide a shoe cleaning service to the players after their round as well as Bag tag engraving using a CNC machine.• Closing: Greeting the players as the arrive at the 18th green, take their cubs for cleaning as they are putting, provide bag tags to those who wish to have one, explain about the locker room service of shoe cleaning and engraving, provide Troon GSS forms (Guest Satisfaction Surveys), Placing clubs back into their cars or stored neatly.
