I teamed up with the project manager had responsible for making the 3 teams succeed. I worked with process improvements for the teams. I also planed and executed usability test with users and started sourcing with one of the teams. Defense Division Project: SitaWare Size: 60+ Heads From April 2009 – July 2010 I worked as developer and quick became Scrum Master. I started as a traditional Scrum Master as part of the Team, but soon became team leader and Scrum Master. I had responsible for planning and follow up on the teams tasks, and for coordination with 5 other teams. I worked with improving the estimating techniques on the entire project and improving the work break down structure. Defense Division Project: Norwegian project Size: 2½ Heads From November 2008 – April 2009 Working with mapping data between databases. Scrum Master, Risk Manager Health care division Project: Electronic Patient Records for Region Midt in Denmark From Sepbember 2007 – November 2008 Size: 65+ Heads. I started as developer at the Health care department. After six months I was given responsibility for planning, execution and coordination during the stabilization of our product in my department.
