During my internship I managed several of the social media channels the company operated. This included creating content, posting schedules, responding to comments and queries, and was in charge of creating a large social listening project. The large social listening project was a month long research project which culminated in the creation of a large document given to the client, a B2B food service company who were looking at using social media for the first time. The research for this project included a comprehensive competitor analysis, whereby I recorded what kind of content gained the most engagement. I also researched and suggested which social media channels would be the most beneficial for the company, made a selection of mock posts that the company I was working for could provide for the client, in addition recommendations based on other areas I had researched, such as popular posting days and times, the appropriate tone of voice to use on social media and possible events and occasions which the client could commentate on in order to successfully be viewed as an important player in the food service industry online. This project taught me how to take the large amount of information I had amassed, which was sometimes quite complex, and present it in a way that was meaningful for the client. The company I was interning for was successful in their bid to secure a contract from the client. Show less

As a private tutor in English I have both helped prepare Danish students for their English exams and helped to improve their overall English language skills. This has included developing their pronunciation, grammar, syntax, spelling, and vocabulary. In order to do this is was necessary to assess their current level and tailor the sessions to their needs.
