Sarah Mizushima
Olga is one of the most talented and versatile designers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Her expertise ranges anywhere from illustration in any style or medium, to typography and layout, to product development. She made beautiful patterns and designs for Elum's products that are unique and are strategically tailored to a specific audience. Olga was a member of the Design Team, but would pitch in to prep and pre-flight files when the Production Team was overloaded. She was always fast and thorough with her work, producing flawless files for our vendors. This proved what a versatile designer she is, as she owns both creative and technical skillsets. It was also apparent how "smart" she worked, always figuring out the most efficient ways of getting a job done. Something really special that Olga did for Elum was that she illustrated caricatures of everyone that works for the company: we were all delighted to see what she came up for each of us, as they were all very specific and thoughtfully illustrated for each person. She is flowing with creativity and passion for her design career. The depth and breadth of her talent and knowledge is endless, yet continues to grow, as she is always seeking to better herself and her art.
