* Managed PSM Community Service Centre in Cameron Highlands for 15 years. * PSM’s National Orang Asli Bureau Chief for 3 years. * Democratic Project Coordination - Contested Cameron Highlands Parliament seat in GE14. Even though I lost, the election campaign was very much organized and successful. I democratically handled a few tasks of the Campaign which include Organization, Finance and Campaign Message. Other tasks include Management, Consultancy, Volunteers, Logistics, Communication, Media Management, Voters Registration, Modern Technology and Internet. *Program Management - Organized and managed: # 5 fund-raising campaign for PSM Cameron Highlands throughout 2010 to 2017. On average each dinner raised about RM 15,000 for the branch. I managed most of the tasks such as Invitations, Ticket Sales, Venue, Advertising and Volunteers. # PSM’s Humanitarian Aid in Kelantan Flood 2014 which involves 18 volunteers, 5 vehicles, 5 days and goods worth of RM 20,000. * Creative Problem Solving / Strategic Thinking - Created a network of small groups focused to resolve their issues. Reps from these groups participate in a bigger group which discuss and decides the direction of the struggle. This method creates solidarity between the groups and escalated them to win through many struggles in Cameron Highlands such as Small-Land Ownership, Anti-Incinerator, Anti-Ulu Jelai Dam, Orang Asli (Natives) Issues, Environmental Issues, Affordable Housing etc. * Analytical Thinking and Writing Skills – Wrote about 30 articles on Social and Political Analysis during my activist days. Some articles were published in PSM’s publication (such as Socialist Perspective and Berita Sosialis), Malaysiakini and Free Malaysia Today. * Represented PSM and presented 2 papers in Socialism Conference in Sydney, Australia in 2016 * Represented PSM as an observer in Asia-Europe People’s Forum (AEPF) in Beijing, China in 2008.
