1. Drafted the report of the Development Plan Settlements Infrastructure (RPIP) City of Kaimana (Kaimana District, West Papua Province) by conducting desk studies related to settlement infrastructure planning in Indonesia and Kaimana District, also by interpreting data collected through field surveys by the surveyors to produce holistic and reliable analyses for the development plan. 2. Remodeled more than 200 land parcels of Gunung Sindur Altera Residences by exercising the most efficient and effective design possibility to generate a paramount number of lots practicable whilst supplying adequate green areas in the designated neighborhood as well as transformed the 2D Model neighborhood into landscape schematical cross-section, both using AutoCAD. 3. Established site analyses (macro and meso) (on Adobe InDesign) for neighborhood planning in Cibarusah Sub-district and Babakan Madang (Sentul) Sub-district by utilizing relevant geographical information to identify any urban critical aspect (accessibility, economics, and tourism) in the surrounding area using SWOT Analysis, resulted in finding more than 50+ possibilities of each district that potentially support the future development economically. 4. Formulated initial site analyses (macro, transport & movement, built environment, land cover) and the visioning of Aceh Province National Sports Week (PON) 2024 by utilizing relevant geographical, economical, and social information to generate local (Aceh Province) foremost aspects: indigenous culture, well-preserved forestry, and grand opportunity for the economic development near the National Sports Week venue on Adobe Illustrator & InDesign.
