My research includes: - Compiling a database of pathogen genomic/proteomic sequences and conducting bioinformatics analyses on sequence alignments, immune epitope predictions, and glycosylation sites to see whether vaccination histories of individuals (for diseases besides COVID-19) affected COVID-19 disease severity - Conducting a literature search on Adamantinoma-like Ewing sarcoma (ALES) and helping write a case report supplemented by findings at The City of Hope. The paper was published in The International Journal of Surgical Pathology. - Compiling data on immune cell parameters to be used in computer modeling for a novel cancer treatment - Currently studying the Trop-2 gene and its relation to other upstream/downstream processes.
