He was not afraid of the challenge we assigned him, and he was always looking for new things to try out / experiment. He's not limited to iOS development, but also jumped into Backend/API/Web development when there is a need. A very energetic young professional fellow, I would have to say. I look forward to work with Herm in the near future, and I'm sure he is a great add to ANY team out there.
