I had the pleasure of working with Lottie on multiple media-planning related projects as well as day to day operations over a few years. She is a highly skilled, data-driven professional who can see the big picture but who also pays attention to detail. When working with Lottie, mostly remotely from another country, I always felt that she understood the local nuances and had the capability of fitting them into the bigger regional scope. She is extremely good in collaboration and as a manager makes sure your conserns are heard and your voice recognized. She has always been a pleasure to work with - even when meeting in person on rare occasions, she has felt like someone you meet daily at the office. I would highly recommend Lottie for positions that require complex problem solving skills, a strategic mindset as well as collaboration skills and creativity.

I have had the privilege of working with Lottie on and off for the past 12 years. Lottie moved to Norway to join my team over 4 years ago, to take a six month contract in the Norwegian Discovery office, to kick start the media planning department. She decided to stay on and worked across multiple departments covering programming, scheduling and media planning and on air strategy across the Nordics. Lottie has a talent for working on challenging projects, collaborating with teams and multiple stakeholders and helping bring to life complex organisational change. Lottie cares about her work and her colleagues and will work to ensure the best outcome and the best work environment. She has excellent attention to detail as well as an understanding of strategy in a matrix organisation and a desire to get things done efficiently and effectively. We will sorely miss Lottie in our team in Oslo.
