I had an opportunity to work with Aleyna when she worked as a Product Manager for PIM team at HM. She is one of the best manager I have worked with during my professional career. New to the role, she had the unique ability to keep the team organised, in line with objectives and her constant communication helped to lift the spirits in the team in challenging situations.
