  DraftCraft is an international media-legal think-tank focussing on Law and Policy, International Relations, Intelligence, Indigenous Rights and Culture. It has been founded by Gajanan Khergamker - an independent editor, solicitor and film-maker with over thirty years of experience. It is headquartered in SoBo in Colaba, Mumbai. Through a network of initiatives, campaigns and programmes, DraftCraft generates intelligence and examines media and law extensively. To analyse legal processes and initiate structures to uphold the spirit of the law and the intention of the legislature, DraftCraft documents fact; conducts research, enhances legal processes and educates masses and the authorities through talks, shows, workshops, lectures and seminars.Over the last decade and half, the think-tank has initiated several campaigns in public interest and concluded them successfully. A brief description of the think-tank's initiatives and campaigns is given below.   * Worked in national broadsheeters, weeklies, dailies in widely-diverse editorial capacities ranging from cub reporter to senior reporter / edit page editor and chief sub-editor to the post of deputy news editor to aid news generation, editorial crisis management and pre-print processes that included handling crunch situations with ease. Tackled newsroom crisis with a hands-on approach that has been cultivated and honed to perfection over the years. * Specialised in managing crisis effectively within media circles and formed The Resources - the media's niche crisis managers. The firm would aim to provide out-of-box solutions for media-related problems of deadlines / crisis / personnel and space management. Providing 'exclusive' content instead of the regular 'syndicated' ones, the firm's need was felt more than ever in the years to follow. Customised solutions were offered for edit needs, design requirements as well as all-in-all production assignments.
