I had the pleasure to work with Arnaud in a very early stage of his career. He was very open to any suggestion and able to sustain the development of the pillar in a very autonomous and creative way. As per his culture he managed data and visual communication rigorously and lead the team on the shopfloor creating a positive and open environment.
