I reported to Geoff directly for his entire tenure with Orion Health, and benefitted greatly from his leadership, guidance, knowledge, and patience. Geoff helped guide me through our team's rapid growth, where the team I was leading grew exponentially, requiring new skills that without Geoff's help, I would have struggled to develop. Never one to micro-manage, Geoff would give every member of his team the space to grow and succeed, but when needed could deftly navigate the many personalities on the team and throughout the organization to ensure everyone was pulling in the same direction. His deep technical knowledge coupled with his operational foresight got our team past a number of hurdles, and with his steady leadership I would be fortunate to work under Geoff's direction again in the future. I highly recommend Geoff and the immeasurable skills he would bring to any organization.

He brought a wealth of unique experience to our organization that widely contributed to our success.
