Sridhar is an exceptional and transformative Systems Engineering leader. At Olympus, he created the Systems Engineering function, coached, recruited, and trained systems engineers, and established systems engineering processes from scratch. All who work with him have incredible respect for him and his quiet, persistent, thoughtful and thorough approach. Lastly, if Sridhar makes a commitment, he delivers.

I've had the pleasure of working with Sri for many years and he has been perhaps the single greatest contributor to the start-up of Kodak Optical Display Films business. His product road mapping provided the very fabric which the business was built and grew upon. The business was acquired from Eastman Kodak by Rohm and Haas not for the business it was at the time, but, for the business potential that was outlined by Sri’s product roadmap for the future – this had the biggest influence in the acquisition. Not only was Sri extremely instrumental in the product development of the business, but additionally he was extremely knowledgeable of manufacturing process along with R&D capabilities. He has always emerged as an exceptionally valuable team member and leader, able to simultaneously manage a myriad of critical (and sometimes conflicting) details while maintaining focus on 'big picture' market and financial imperatives. He has my full support and I would certainly recommend him highly.
