Zbyszek is an inspiring leader and head of QA. Highly recommended and a valuable person.

Daniel Smith

Zbyszek made a fine addition to the team being very hard working, bringing new techical abilities in to the QA department and being able to learn a complex application (in the face of less than perfect legacy documentation) in a short space of time. His knowlege of test automation in Selenuim was a significant and welcome addition to the QA team's capabilities (taking over a significant amount of that work from the dev team), and his ability to interact with the applications at the CLI/database level (on both Linux and Windows servers) meant developers were able to spend less time doing investigative work following a bug report. In doing manual testing, in addition to the usual functional bugs, Zbyszek provided a number of fresh insights on usability issues by thinking as a user might outside of any (in most cases very limited) scripted steps or documentation we may have provided. Another skill that may well prove useful to future projects was his ability to install, configure and migrate our existing spreasheet based set of regression tests into the open source test management tool Testopia. Above all though, what I appreciated the most was the incredible rate at which he was able to get through an assigned set of manual regression tests - with the occasional questions coming through via Skype even at his early days on the project reassuringly indicating that he was covering everything and clearly not cutting any corners.
