- Communication between Scrum Teams & rest of the company- Maintaining Scrum Teams & Operation Teams Backlog, with input from Stakeholders.- The PM has the primary responsibility for building, editing, and maintaining the team backlog. - Consisting mostly of user stories, it also includes defects and enablers. Backlog items are prioritized based on user value, time, and other team dependencies determined in the PI (Product Increment) planning event with Stakeholders and refined during the PI. This is only for Backlog.- Sprint Coach, Whereas help Scrum Masters during Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Grooming, Sprint planning, and establishment within scrum teams.- Business Iteration Planning between Scrum Masters & Stakeholders.- Decision making in terms of Human Resources allocation- OKR Leadership, Plan, Track and Report OKR’s and it’s statuses during weekly meetings.- Making competitor analysis for Spinmatic.- Preparing and making daily and weekly meetings for aligning Spinmatic teams and coordinating with them.- Determining and prioritizing game releases with the Product Design Team according to workloads of the teams.- Informing the teams about the certification and audit processes and following the processes.- Follow-up the processes of partner game producing for the development parts or change requests. - Responsible for Favro (project management and collaboration tool). Eg. the architecture of automations, creating and managing team collections, creating games and teams backlogs, creating sprint boards and more.
