  I worked in The Gerson Companies Publications department for 12 years. Started out as a graphic designer where I created a wide variety of items including catalogs, sales sheets, packaging, and promotional pieces. Was creative director on many large scale projects including a few issues of the Gerson International catalogs that we created and photographed in Hong Kong and did the final production in Olathe, KS. Later became the company photographer and helped build the very successful Gerson Companies photo studio where most of the more recent catalog lines were shot. Most of the catalog photography was done in the studios with a small number of them each season that were done on location. We also kept very busy with packaging photography, web photography, special photography for clients and assorted other photography projects. Show less
