James "Frankie" Bugg
Michael led the Philadelphia Ranger Corps through a weekend of TQM (Total Quality Management) training that resulted in a comprehensive TQM plan. Michael subsequently consulted, trained and advised on its implementation, resulting in the Ranger Corps being recognized by the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce for being the first area non-profit to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness with excellence. When I assumed CEO at a new and struggling non-profit, I contacted Michael again to conduct leadership and management training. He is the most effective trainer I met during my twenty-four years of senior non-profit management.

I had the pleasure of meeting Professor Hagy when he taught my business capstones at Temple University. It was one of the last classes of my college career and still remains one of my favorite. Not only did Professor Hagy promote a fun and comfortable atmosphere, but his teaching style excited and motivated every student in the classroom. By teaching through real world examples and keeping the lessons relevant and interesting, the entire class was able to engage and gain real world knowledge to help all of us prepare ourselves for our future careers. Great teacher and amazing mentor, his success is your success.
