I had an opportunity to work with Martin during COVID time on a special project. which required a lot of new training as well as adapting to a total new environment in a very short time period. Martin not only adapted very quickly to the new environment but also out performed. He showed many skills that ranged from customer service to analystical problem solving. As a result he was offered a permanent position in the contact center. It was my absolute pleasure getting to know and work along with such a talented individual and I would highly recommend him.
