I have both academic and industry background on structural geology and modelling. My focus is structurally controlled ore deposits, structural and kinematic analysis of deformational structures and tectonic reconstruction. Methods are primarily field mapping, drill core analysis, advanced structural geology tools, paleostress analysis and litho-geochemical modelling. I have experience in grade control estimation of multi variable grade classification systems and total reconciliation from mine to mill. I have up-to-date knowledge in resource estimation at resource development stage as well as reserve model performance and optimization of infill drills.A particular interest is QA\QC, data validation and geostatistics to let data talk to test and improve ideas. I am a Seequent recognized freelance Leapfrog GEO and EDGE trainer for operations and institutes in Turkey.
