I have known Pat for more than 3 years during minivan launch. Pat was always on time for meetings and brought plant issues with resolutions to make quality product, tooling and process more robust, easy to maintain, deliver required quantity (jobs per hour). Pat has excellent PLC trouble shooting knowledge, ran and maintained robotic flexible automated welding line to build LHD and RHD vehicles. He is very initiative and resourceful person. He has pleasant manners and he is a hard worker.
