As the sole member of the Foundation with my intersection of responsibilities, I play a pivotal role in every department of the organization (Development, Events + Partnerships, Marketing + Communications, and Finance) and work closely with the Senior Leadership team to: - Lead the development, writing, and design of campaign resources, persuasive funding/grant proposals, evidence-based cases for support, and accountability reports for diverse stakeholder audiences. - Maintain collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, primarily at BCWH and WHRI, to develop strategically aligned funding needs, identify opportunities for compelling impact content, ensure the efficient use of donated funds, and generally advance the mission of the Foundation. - Project manage all active funding priorities and campaigns simultaneously including their initial development, ongoing correspondence with key stakeholders, reporting, and file management. Maintain a database of current and future funding opportunities, as well as previous funding accomplishments. - Obtain subject matter expertise in an array of clinical, program and research areas, in order to be the central knowledge hub for all Foundation activities related to funding needs.
