Hash was the IT Lead for the City of Yellowknife's website and web application redesign project, which contracted eSolutions to design and develop the City's new website and web applications, hosted on our SaaS platform. This included integrations with various on-prem and off-prem City systems. I acted as eSolutions’ Product Manager, collaborating with Hash to design solutions based on our products. I also acted as one of the Project Managers, managing the engagement’s scope, schedule, and budget requests for enhancements and new services from eSolutions’ perspective. Hash is very detail oriented - he thoroughly reviewed each implementation before signing off and also ensured integrations with City systems were completed with a high level of reliability and scalability. Hash is also a great Project Manager, keeping the City's IT team on-track with their portions of the project deliverables and coordinating with the respective City teams throughout the project. I worked together with Hash for over three years beyond the initial launch, as the City's web presence evolved and grew in complexity and maturity.
