Richard was a fantastic manager and had a great approach to his management style. He was always very clear and concise in how he managed his staff. This lead to some fantastic results, for me as an individual and also for the teams results. A very dedicated and very intelligent manager who had a fantastic knowledge of the Sales Process, Business knowledge and the Media Industry to help drive sales himself as well as bestowing this knowledge on to his staff in understanding how best to approach Sales as a whole. I would'nt think twice about being able to work with Richard again.
