Our experience is also perfect for TV sponsorship, creating ideas and content to extend TV sponsorship to digital. As Project Director, and member of the management team at Chunk, I am responsible for the company’s programme of client work at a strategic level. My remit includes leadership of the production management team, the continual improvement of production methodologies, and the financial planning and management of projects. At the start of new projects I assess feasibility, the best approach and set direction and strategic objectives for the Producer and production team. Working closely with my team I ensure that each project is well managed and delivers against internal and external expectations. Over several years I've developed and refined the production process at Chunk, however I also believe in tailoring the approach to each project rather than rigidly sticking to one predefined process. I'm a Prince2 Practitioner and have experience in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies, utilising the best methods to successfully deliver each project. I enjoy presenting our approach to clients and stakeholders and working with them to implement effective and collaborative working processes. My role also includes the analysis and forecasting of revenue, profitability and utilisation of resources and based on these to help deliver against company financial objectives for revenue, margins and growth.
