Yuval came into our studio to implement Shamaym studio-wide. His plan was to introduce the system and develop a stronger work/process self-reflection culture. Snowball isn't a small company, already has it's own culture and the studio is populated by creatives, so from day one Yuval's task wasn't going to be easy. However, Yuval came in strong, patient, kind and determined. Looking back at what he achieved in our company is very impressive.
