Stefan helped C More (part of Bonnier Broadcasting) during one year as a Digital Strategist to improve how C Mores SVOD services are sold and marketed. The first part of his assignments was an overhaul of current performance and agencies, it ended up being a lot of changes that needed to be done. The results greatly improved, both in terms of performance but also our understanding for how to run a succesful growth organisation. Key parts included; Updated KPIs and reporting, analytics, budget allocation, staff training, change of agencies, hiring 3 new staff for the new growth team, testing, setting up a strategy for how to separate the product from the sales web-site and much more. Stefan is a digital ninja who is capable of handling specialists as well as management while navigating the internal politics of large organizations. I can highly recommend Stefan for anyone who is looking to accelerate their sales and marketing and get a lot of business strategy out of it as well.
