Having had the opportunity work with Haley, as well watch her grow as an individual and professionally, I can confidently state Haley is one of the most dedicated, promising, and well-rounded professionals I have ever met. I had the great pleasure of meeting Haley after she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Communication from Hope College, when she took on the role as a Marketing Communications Assistant at Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. Upon meeting Haley early on in her career, and in this role, what stood out the most was her desire to excel. Having a minor in management, Haley flawlessly executed brand projects and campaigns; managed schedules; and, seamlessly transitioned responsibilities among departments. Not only can Haley maintain a positive attitude in a tough situation, she also excels under pressure, and never missed a deadline. With this being her first professional role after college, I was continuously impressed by Haley’s desire to learn, her constant ability to exceed expectations, the amount of responsibility she took on, and the trust multiple departments had in her. As a result, Haley was seen as the go-to person for all projects – even projects beyond her role. With a perfect balance of passion and critical thinking, Haley was always trusted with significant tasks and duties. Often times, Haley was one step ahead. Haley is detail oriented, organized, and knows how to follow direction. If given the opportunity to hire, or work with Haley again, I would never hesitate. Having Haley on a team guarantees an optimistic and driven individual who will prove herself as an enthusiastic, trustworthy and diligent professional.
