James works for me since 2 years ago as a Sales Consultant and is a great Sales Consultant who was key to our success with some of our recent large US deals. The breadth of his expertise in Media Asset Management, Editing, Archiving and various other components of a Media & Entertainment workflow, enables him to fully understand customers requirements and environments and design/recommend the solution that is the most attractive to them. Some of the deals were quite complex and James did a thorough analysis and involved Engineering at regular stage to make sure they were in alignment and ready to provide the required product extensions. James has excellent verbal and written communication skills and speaks English, Spanish and French fluently which enabled him to cover the whole American continent. He also has a lot of connections in the broadcast industry. As a Manager, I found it very easy and pleasant to work with James as he communicates regularly and seeks for advice anytime he judges something needs to be checked by management. He is well organized and can handle stress pretty well. His fellows always reported that he was a very good team player as well.

James is a very intelligent engineer and also has the ability to communicate well with the customer - both in writing and verbally. James is a team player who is always willing to help out when needed. His specific product knowledge in the broadcast and media space is second to none. I always enjoy talking to James and it is great working with him.
