I have had the pleasure of working alongside Mike in our small team at Vizibl. His extensive marketing experience, natural way with people, and ability to keep track of multiple projects and diverse priorities have been invaluable in terms of maximising our output, refining our direction, and developing the more junior team members who he has directly managed. In addition to being an excellent people and project co-ordinator, Mike is also a skilled individual contributor who has supported with content tasks and personally delivered events and field marketing projects – this has made him especially suited to our lean team where everyone has to get their hands dirty. This combination of proactivity, people and project management smarts, and personable demeanour will make him a huge asset to any team he’s part of.

Mike Paul has a superb grasp of the potential for marketing and communication in the digital world. Always a fountain of creative ideas, yet well versed in the practicalities of campaign creation, brand building, product marketing - and the real world business applications of social media. A talented, motivational and thoroughly likable guy. Mike's graphic design skills aren't bad either :) Recommended.

I'm a voice-over artist, voice actor (I prefer "vactor" for short), football commentator, narrator and writer. I have a southern-English, non-regional baritone accent that is considered to be "neutral" or "Queen's" English. I also have a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Southampton Solent University, with formal voice training. I joined Ecometrica in May 2010 to create a 5-year brand and marketing strategy; at the time, the company was barely beyond a startup, with no exposure or reputation, and the Ecometrica website was a two-page, home-made blog. Within three years, my growth of the brand led Ecometrica to be named in the top 15 Global Sustainability Brands, alongside the likes of Microsoft, SAP, Oracle and IBM, by the sustainability sector's most prominent independent analyst firm. At the end of 2015, Ecometrica had over 250 global clients, including 25 FTSE 350 businesses. In 2017, we are the second fastest-growing company in Scotland, and named on "fastest growing" lists by Deloitte (Fast 500 EMEA) and the Financial Times (FT1000 Europe). By the time I left in 2019, Ecometrica was a Sunday Times Tech Track 100 company and winner of so many industry awards that we needed to split them between the offices so there was enough space for them all. Day-to-day I drove the internal and external marketing plans, lead company demand generation, project managed agencies and stakeholders, owned and develop Ecometrica as a brand, and I was the overall strategic manager of Ecometrica's outbound activity and public presence. I'm extremely proud of everything I achieved at Ecometrica in those nine years.
