  30+ years of academic experience, including over 20 years of postgraduate teaching, corporate and industrial engagements, and administrative expertise in various roles.As part of the Corporate Training Program initiative, I was in charge of designing, developing, and delivering training sessions on a variety of topics ranging from the fundamentals to advanced levels, as well as multi-disciplinary subjects in automotive engineering, automotive electronics, and niche areas such as Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV) and Electric Vehicle (EV) powertrain systems.More than 3000 engineers have been personally trained through 160+ training programmes. Participants would vary from GETs to PGETs to working professionals with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience. The programmes were very well received by all of the clients and participants. The courses taught include - Modern Automotive Systems, EV and HEV Powertrains, Vehicle Electrical Systems, Alternate Propulsion Systems, Vehicle Dynamics, Powertrain Control and Simulation, CAD, CAM and Robotics, MEMS Technologies.Supervised more than 50 postgraduate dissertations in automotive engineering, automotive electronics, and related fields. Several of them worked on issues that were formulated in collaboration with corporates/organizations.

Played an instrumental role in various Consultancy Projects and Automotive Product Development Projects through the Consultancy Division of the University.
