I worked with Ruth closely during her entire time at Rocket Fuel, our departments operated in tandem on all inventory projects. She scaled a very visible, key business function in the company - building out, managing, and troubleshooting the entire media inventory supply. Ruth quickly bought on partners and built deep relationships with them. She solved complex business problems in the bidding ecosystem, getting executive support from both partners and internal resources at every level, from engineers to CEOs. Ruth was a great manager and mentor to her team. She and the team she led were very successful at gathering, synthesizing and sharing high quality information, business or technical.
