Bogdan Mali is my co-worker. I know him for 8 years and I have been watching his professional development since. It was at the beginning very astonishing but he as a law expert in HR office in the company had decided to become a sales person. I appreciated that very much as he was showing his ambitions openly and clearly and he proved himself to be very talented for this turn in the career. So he entered a training where he showed very positive attitude towards his training mates. Firstly, he proved himself in sales operations when completing sales activities in the company but soon he was sent into the battlefield. Already at the beginning, he showed great level of creativity as he played a role in a sales team to enter new markets. Soon he was appointed a very demanding Turkish market where he was establishing local sales support and created several new customers and different sales segments: industrial verticals and Broad band access. In a very short time, he managed to discuss technical questions on the system level what proved to be a good add-on to his acquired sales negotiations skills. Now he is challenged with new technologies ( safe/smart) city to be sold on Iskratel markets. I believe with his creativity and ability to co-operate with technical experts he is very appropriate person to promote this technology to the market.
