Denise Breer, LMT

Caity was highly effective in her work as Director of Emergency Preparedness at the Maine Primary Care Association. She was responsible for helping many of Maine's CHC attain a level of preparedness that they hadn't previously achieved. Her impact was especially noticed during the H1N1 pandemic when she supported Maine's FQHCs through training opportunities, emergency preparedness stakeholder meetings and weekly conference calls. Caity also helped to coordinate PortaCount fit testing for our staff, organize table top exercises and helped us to secure a more robust capacity for communication through the acquisition of a radio system. FQHCs in Maine have Caity to thank for the work that she has done in helping them attain a more competent level of emergency preparedness for the communities they serve.

Nora O'Brien, MPA, CEM

Caity is an emergency manager with deep expertise in Maine and emergency manager. She takes on tasks with aplomb and humor while educating her peers about her constituency.
