Paula has the amazing super-power of significantly improving great organizations and transforming team dynamics to achieve a less stressful, more meaningful, and fulfilling work-life. Paula was my boss for seven years while working for Hagen, Kurth, Perman & Co, P.S. Her leadership directly transformed our administrative team by building significant trust, appreciation, and cohesion among very strong personalities. She also helped us overcome any tendencies of being overly serious by helping us find our humor and discover joy at work. Her annual team-building exercises were truly fun and brought out the best in the staff. Our firm events improved to the extent that even the children of employees were asking their parents if they could come back to our summer picnic the following year! During COVID, Paula was instrumental in creating continuity in our sense of company culture and staff cohesion during a time of extreme isolation. She is also inclusive, sharing, caring, and all-around wonderful. Paula is someone I consider a strong role model, whom I admire and strive to emulate. I truly miss working with her.
