  My main role in eSett was to act as dataflow expert. I provided support for Nordic Imbalance Settlement (NBS) daily operations and act as an expert of data interchange between Nordic electricity market's participants and eSett. I took part in eSett's development projects and Nordic electricity markets expert groups, such as Nordic Market Expert Group (NMEG) and Nordic ECP/EDX Group (NEX).   I was typically responsible of leading an implementation team of 1-3 technical specialists in a virtual team environment.
