Anna and I have known one another since 2018 while working at Wellness on Whyte. We worked closely as part of my Consultant role at the clinic. Together we developed and refined policies, procedures and systems—and particularly for new hiring and onboarding. I provided leadership coaching to Anna as well. What I admire most about Anna is her ability to take on and prioritize multiple tasks at once. I was continuously blown away by the amount of admin and operational tasks she took on, executed, delegated and followed up on. Anna’s delegation skills became refined over the time we worked together. As the General Manager, she had a team of people that needed to be coordinated and managed. Anna is direct, firm but gentle in her communication style, which works well for management and customer service. She’s attentive to staff members' needs and their preferred ways of working. There were many times I needed Anna's input on projects and she offered thoughtful, logical and relevant perspectives. We work best when we are collaborating. The process is smooth because Anna knows how to share logical, business-savvy and relevant ideas while listening actively to others. I’m glad we had that opportunity to work closely. I know we will be staying in touch for years to come!
