Regional Sales Manager was my last position, but the most challenging and rewarding was as Director, Business Communications Management. Jointly, we developed strategies, created and delivered proposals & presentations, assessed the financial viability & negotiated the contracts for Moore Canada's long-term outsourcing agreements.

  Market research was a new business when I was in it. People were intrigued by our phone calls rather than annoyed by them. Angus Reid is an icon in the market research business, but I still remember Angus grabbing a box of surveys that the courier had forgotten to pick up, and running down the street to catch him, so that we didn't miss our deadline. When I lived in Winnipeg, I was their National Operations Manager that included managing the Canada-wide survey staff plus the sampling, coding & data entry departments.
