I thoroughly enjoyed every session I had with Greg and came away enthused and invigorated every time. I always looked forward to discussing challenging issues and situations with him in a very easy and informal way. The mark of a good coach is someone who can draw out the answers that you already have tucked away, by asking the right questions. The mark of an even better coach, is to make you believe that you came up with the answer! That's Greg.

Greg has helped to deliver a series of highly important strategic meetings in both BNF and Pharmaceutical Press. From the first discussions about the objectives to feedback after the event, he has consistently achieved excellent results for us, and helped us move the organisations onto a higher level. In the process he has also developed strategic skills in the team, and got us working together well. We've faced some pretty tricky problems together. Greg has the experience, gravity and good sense to help navigate through the toughest situations. He is creative and flexible, able to change tack partway through a project. He has helped with designing and delivering strategy workshops, team building sessions, and helping to create a shared vision and set of values that have stood us in good stead. He is also an excellent executive coach, and has a wide range of contacts through Leadershape and beyond to assist with specialist tasks. Finally he has great humanity and humour, which makes him a pleasure to work with. I count myself lucky to have done so on a number of occasions, and hope we will do so again.

I found Greg's group facilatation and individual coaching valuable in a number of projects over the last 2 years. He had great insight into the dynamics of our organisation and his coaching on how to approach challenges were invaluable.

PWN works to bring a perspective of helping women grow in their careers to make a difference in a male-dominated corporate world. In this, the perspective of men to assist from positions of strength is invaluable. My role is to foster and nurture the engagement of men in organisations helping to generate plans to promote and develop a strong pipeline of women leaders. Organisations perform better in a more uncertain world with greater breadth of tested strategic thinking that balanced leadership provides.
